The assessment includes an initial consultation, personalized testing, in-depth analysis, and a feedback session, with costs ranging from $800 to $2000 depending on the complexity and time required. Evaluation FAQ

  • 1. Initial Consultation (15 Min-Free)

    First, we’ll discuss your goals for the assessment and I’ll explain the process, answer initial questions, etc.

    If we decide to move forward, ’ll send you my intake forms and self report tests to take on your own prior to the first session.

    2. Interview Process (2–5 Hours)

    We will begin the interview process and I’ll also gather some additional information from family members or loved ones, if applicable.

    3. Feedback Session (1-2 Hours)

    After the interview process, we’ll discuss findings, diagnoses (if appropriate), and explore possible recommendations. We can talk about questions you might have. I’ll also offer resources or referrals if needed.

    Optional Add-Ons (Billed at $200 per hour)

    • Letters for workplace accommodations or educational settings.

    • Collaboration with other professionals or follow-up sessions for additional clarification.

  • From the initial 15-minute consultation to the feedback session, the process typically takes 2–5 weeks, depending on scheduling availability and the complexity of the assessment.

  • Potentially - the answer to this varies depending on the institution or organization you are requesting accommodations through. We will discuss this in our initial consultation, if applicable.

  • The time required depends on the complexity of the assessment, the number of measures administered, and the depth of reporting needed.

    I am private-pay only. However, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance if you have out-of-network reimbursement. I would recommend calling your insurance company to check on this beforehand.

  • A diagnosis is provided when appropriate and relevant to your goals. If a formal diagnosis is not necessary, the assessment can focus on understanding your strengths, challenges, and needs without labels.

  • PDA is not yet widely recognized in diagnostic manuals but is considered within the assessment framework, particularly if it aligns with your experiences and goals.

  • Yes. If you are seeking a second opinion or additional clinical insight, I can provide a nuanced, affirming perspective.

  • I offer consultation-only sessions if you are looking for guidance without a formal assessment.
