Treatment Approach
I provide individual and couples therapy to adults and teens ages 17+ from a client-centered, trauma-informed and strengths-based approach. I typically incorporate elements from several therapeutic modalities in order to tailor your treatment specifically to you and your needs. My approaches include:
Lifespan Integration
Attachment-Based Therapy
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Psychedelic Integration Therapy
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Mindfulness
Polyvagal Theory
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Emotion-Focused Therapy
Gottman Couples Therapy
I work from a social justice oriented, feminist, anti-oppressive and anti-racist lens. I am affirming of and allied with BIPOC, AAPI and LGBTQIA+ individuals. I am anti-Zionist and pro-Palestine. I believe in weight inclusive, respectful health care, working from a Health At Every Size perspective. In these areas, I’m continuing to educate myself about how to be an ally of marginalized communities as a cis-gender, thin privileged, white woman.
Now Offering: Trauma Intensives
Sometimes healing asks for more than a single 50-minute session. Trauma intensives create space for deeper, focused work—allowing you to move through meaningful shifts in a shorter period of time.
In these 2–4 hour sessions, I combine Lifespan Integration (LI) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support you in:
Gently processing and integrating past experiences
Connecting with and healing younger parts of yourself
Developing a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself
Releasing patterns that keep you stuck in survival mode
Trauma intensives may be a good fit if you:
Feel ready to do deep, concentrated healing work
Want to accelerate your growth outside of the traditional weekly therapy model
Are seeking relief from long-standing patterns or specific traumatic experiences
Prefer extended time to process at your own pace
These sessions are designed with care and flexibility, ensuring that your nervous system feels supported throughout the process. Whether you choose a 2-hour, 3-hour or 4-hour intensive, we’ll create a space that honors your needs for safety, compassion, and lasting change.
What is Lifespan Integration?
Lifespan Integration (LI) is a gentle, body-based therapy that helps your nervous system resolve trauma and integrate past experiences. By guiding you through a timeline of your life, LI allows your brain to “link up” memories in a way that brings a sense of continuity and safety. This process helps reduce triggers, heal attachment wounds, and support lasting change—without needing to re-live trauma in detail.

Anxiety
Feelings of anxiety are universal to all of us. Left unchecked, the chronic tension, worry, fear, and stress can impact day-to-day functioning. Work, school, relationships, social media, a worldwide pandemic- all of these things can influence our bodies’ response to stressors. When these feelings become too much, it can be helpful to seek extra support. In our work together, this may look like learning how to listen to your needs, caring for your body in the present moment, and developing healthy ways to cope with stress.

Trauma
You’re a survivor. Perhaps you’ve lived through a very distressing event and struggling to make sense of the aftermath. Maybe you had a difficult childhood or experienced an abusive relationship. Traumatic things that happen to us don’t always resolve by themselves. They continue to show up in our bodies, impacting our mental and physical health. Trauma-informed care can help to alleviate the things you are experiencing.
